REFUND, RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY
This returns policy refers to Zevar Pty Ltd, ACN 652 844 025
Refund & Return Policy:
Under Australian Consumer Law, our products come with assurances that cannot be disclaimed. For any other reasonably foreseeable major loss or damage while purchasing, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the items fail to be of acceptable quality and the fault does not amount to a major failure, you are also entitled to have them fixed or replaced.
Change of Mind Policy:
For a change of mind, refunds or returns are not accepted. You can exchange new items sold in-store within 7 days, excluding:
- Any items resized after purchase
- Items that have been personalized with engraving
Customers will only be allowed to exchange under the brand new item definition, which refers to unworn, no damage, no scratches, or no signs of wear and tear.
Except for items’ purity, there is no guarantee of any item once acquired. Our warranty excludes wear and tear as well as accidental damage. If an item is defective, it must be returned for inspection within 7 days. During inspections, Zevar Pure Gold Jewellery maintains the right to determine whether an item has been subjected to abnormal wear or any other sort of deterioration due to use. If any of these are present on inspection, the guarantee is void.
For existing customers, we provide complimentary jewellery cleaning and polishing. White gold and silver jewellery are plated with rhodium to make them look more attractive. The process of plating these items is not permanent, and they will need to be plated regularly to maintain their original appearance. As a result, any rhodium plating is not covered by the warranty.
